Readcycle was founded by Ma. Florevel "Floe" Fusin-Wischusen after a successful book drive at Lehigh University in Spring 2007. It will encourage donation of new and used books from schools, organizations and companies in the US to be distributed to public schools, community centers and even homes in the Philippines and other developing countries.
